Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: 1-3 days if in stock; 5-7 days if not in stock. (According to order quantity as well).
Q3:What about your warranty of coffee espresso machine?
A: Warranty is 1 year, all spare parts can be replaced for free within 1 year if broken(not including man made). The warranty will begin from when you receive the machine.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
Q5: Is there any installation direction after we received the machine?
A: We have a professional technical team and great after-sales service. We will also send you user manual and cleaning&maintenance manual. We will solve every problem which you meet during the installation and packing production in time.
Q6: Is there any ensurance to guarantee my order from your company?
A: Before you confirm receipt, your money will stay at the bank account of MIC Company.After you confirm receipt of the goods, our company's bank account can receive your money.
Q7: Can we customize logo?
A: Yes, we can print logo on your machine.
Q8: What about the package?
A: Usually it is packed in foam and carton. If customers need, we can use wooden box packaging.
